Your Pets Are Our Priority
At our veterinary hospital in Santa Clarita, we are committed to using our years of experience and passion to serve our one of a kind patients and their loving owners
What to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment
Knowing what you can expect at your first appointment will help to make its process easier.
STEP 1
Get Settled
Do your best to arrive about 10 minutes early for your appointment. This will give you some time to fill out a New Patient Form. If you'd like, you can save some time by filling the New Patient Form online in advance.
STEP 2
Meet Your Veterinarian
A member of our veterinary team will review your pet's medical history and speak with you about any health issues they may be experiencing. We will dedicate time to answering any questions you might have about our hospital or veterinary care.
STEP 3
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
Once we have assessed your pet, we will provide you with a diagnosis and lay out your pet's treatment options. Your veterinarian will work closely with you to determine which treatment plan is the right fit for your pet.
Our Pet Care Philosophy
We are committed to providing compassionate, individualized care using modern, cutting-edge technology. We are proud to serve pet owners in Santa Clarita.
At Valencia Veterinary Center, we believe that "pets are people, too!" Because of this, we are deeply dedicated to providing innovative and exceptional services to all of our clients.

Payment in full is expected at the time services are provided or upon discharge of your pet. We accept payment by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the space to our other clients and ensure a speedy rescheduling process.
